PU0005 is a highly integrated ultrasonic sensing SoC (System on Chip). The chip integrates a PUMT micromachined ultrasonic transducer, signal amplification and processing module, ADC data acquisition module, MCU core, multi-protocol communication interfaces (SPI/UART/I2C), and GPIO modules. It can operate as a slave device communicating directly with a host/master controller, or as a host device to directly control and drive various peripherals. Designed for smart home application scenarios, it is ideal for range measurement, obstacle avoidance, proximity sensing, and automatic switches.

  • MEMS ultrasonic sensor with a resonance frequency of 450 kHz, featuring a high frequency that results in an extremely short wavelength (approximately 3.3 mm in water), enabling easier focusing of the sound beam.
